When a Reiki Healee is on the healing table the Reiki blessing creates shifts in the aura. Light is introduced and various effects emerge such as aura expansion, aura untwisting, waves of warmth, aura untangling and the release of pain.

On one occasion a healee's energy was tangled around his feet. While the energy was shifting as a result of the Reiki session, I also knew that I could help to shift it with coaching. When a person is able to think and act in new ways the benefits of a Reiki treatment tend to stick and become a new permanent benefit.

Through asking a few questions about this persons home life we discovered that there was an issue with asking for needs around the house with his partner. She does things like pack the refridgerator so tightly that there is a mechanical breakdown with that applyance or bring excessive amounts of sugar or fatening food to the dinner table. We talked out how he could communicate these issues with his partner. The tangled energy around the feet represented the feeling of progress or stride towards the intentions that he has for himself. His needs were to both have an operational refridgerator and to continue to progress on his weight loss journey.

As this healee continues to come in for Reiki sessions, this tangled quality around the feet continues to be undone as his stride towards progress is being well managed. He currently continues to value Reiki with Aura Feedback and Intuitive Coaching on a weekly basis.
